What We Offer
Stretch Forming
Our main forming process is the art of "Stretch Forming". This process requires 12"-15" of excess material on each end of the shape we are curving. We smash the ends and fit the shape into our gripping jaws. We then stretch your material and wrap it around a custom form die that has the required radius and arc length for your project.
Shapes
We curve products made from aluminum, steel, brass, and copper up to 24ft long. These products include extrusions, brake shapes, handrails, gutters, tubes, steel framing products etc.
